Do you accept returns?
All sales are final unless otherwise indicated. This is due to many instances of buyer remorse at the expense of the seller. Remorse due to color, measurements, etc are not redeemable reasons for return. Returns will only be accepted if the wrong item is sent.
Are all of your items 100% authentic?
Yes, all of my items have been purchased directly from authorized retailers or major department stores and are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. I do not purchase from skeptical online sites or consignment/thrift stores. All of my items are purchased directly by me.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment by major credit cards through Google checkout, Paypal, Money order, and Cashiers checks. If paying by Money order or Cashiers checks, the buyer must contact me and inform me that payment is on its way.
Do you ship to international countries?
Yes, I ship worldwide: all domestic US state shipments are through Fedex ground with insurance and tracking included in the flat fee. For international countries I use USPS Express International mail with insurance and tracking as well. All customs/tariff/tax policies and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and I cannot collect those charges as required by law.
